Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("User", "you") and the developer of the ZooGo mobile application ("App", "we").

1. General Provisions

1. The ZooGo App is designed to help pet owners organize pet care.
2. By installing and using the App, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
3. If you disagree with any terms, you must stop using the App.
4. The App is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

2. Description of Services

The App provides the following services:

• Pet profiles — create and manage pet profiles with medical information
• AI assistant — informational consultations on pet health and care powered by artificial intelligence
• Vet finder — a directory of veterinary specialists with appointment booking
• Reminders — a system for vaccination, medication, and vet visit reminders
• Medical records — storage of vaccination history, test results, and visit records
• Marketplace — a catalog of pet products

3. AI Assistant — Limitation of Liability

1. AI assistant recommendations are for informational and reference purposes only.
2. The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
3. AI recommendations are not medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or prescriptions.
4. For any serious pet health concerns, consult a qualified veterinarian.
5. We are not liable for consequences of decisions made solely based on AI assistant recommendations.

4. Registration and Account

1. Registration is required to use the main features of the App.
2. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Each account is intended for a single user.

5. Premium Subscription

1. Some App features are available through a Premium subscription.
2. Pricing and subscription terms are displayed on the subscription screen within the App.
3. Payment is processed through Google Play or other supported payment systems.
4. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play settings or in the corresponding App section.
6. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt unauthorized access to App systems
• Not use the App to distribute malicious software
• Not violate the rights of other users
• Not provide false information in pet profiles used for veterinary consultations

7. Intellectual Property

1. All rights to the App, including design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to the developer.
2. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Copying, modifying, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on the App is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App.
2. We are not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the App.
3. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by veterinarians found through the App.
4. We are not liable for the quality of products purchased through the marketplace.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the App in case of violation of these Terms.

10. Account Deletion

1. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Edit → Delete Account.
2. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. An active subscription is not automatically refunded upon account deletion. To cancel your subscription, use Google Play settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or an in-app screen. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Russian law.
